REQUIREMENTS FOR A RETURN

  • You call customer service within 14 days after delivery.
  • The item is still in NEW condition, and in their packaging box.
  • All Clothing items must not be WORN.
  • All clothing items must carry their tags, seals, and all accessories intact.

HOW TO RETURN

  • Call the customer care line +234 8067449107or send an email to info@realafricanstores.com, Alternatively, you can fill the return form on the website
  • Upon receipt of this item(s), we will conduct a proper quality check to confirm the validity of the return.
  • If Valid, we shall credit you with a store voucher the cost of the item (excludes shipping fee) so you can use on www.realafricanstores.com on your next order.
  • If you paid via bank deposit or card payment before shipping, we can issue you a cash refund within 72 working hours.
  • If invalid, we shall send the item back to you. Please allow for 7 days after retrieval for Lagos Orders and 14 days for orders outside Lagos.
