Upon receipt of this item(s), we will conduct a proper quality check to confirm the validity of the return.
If Valid, we shall credit you with a store voucher the cost of the item (excludes shipping fee) so you can use on www.realafricanstores.com on your next order.
If you paid via bank deposit or card payment before shipping, we can issue you a cash refund within 72 working hours.
If invalid, we shall send the item back to you. Please allow for 7 days after retrieval for Lagos Orders and 14 days for orders outside Lagos.
